Mojave, an Interview: New Album, Green Touring and Creating a Green Music Scene in Vancouver

Mojave is a (mostly) acoustic band based in Vancouver, BC. They just completed Canadian tour in support of their new album Crow’s Funeral and were recently named one of the best local unsigned bands in Vancouver by Straight.com.

According to their myspace page, the band is “focused on creating a green music scene,” and they incorporate a commitment to greening what they do in everything from releasing albums to touring.  Their Summer 2009 release of Crow’s Funeral is available on iTunes, through Planetwize.com (where a portion of the cost supports Carbonfund.org), or at the Mojave website.
